Shipping, return and refund policy

Gospel and Threads uses print-on-demand fulfilment. Your order is printed and shipped after you place it — we don’t hold stock. This keeps our range fresh while reducing waste.

Most orders take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping. Handmade bags may take up to 7–10 business days due to their handcrafted nature.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, postal issues, or high-demand periods such as Christmas.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@gospelandthreads.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

 

Return and Refund

At Gospel and Threads, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

–     Wrong size ordered

–     Change of mind

–     Items ordered in error

–     Items that arrived damaged or defective

–     The wrong item was sent to you

–     Print quality is significantly different from what was shown on our website

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@gospelandthreads.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Standard (non-personalised) bags are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022. Personalised or custom bags are not eligible for return unless faulty. The product listing will clearly state which applies.
