2. Formation of Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where a product is unavailable or there has been a pricing error. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3. Products

We sell custom printed apparel (hoodies, t-shirts) and handmade bags. Our printed products are produced specifically to fulfil each individual order through our print-on-demand partners Printful and Gelato — they are made to your specifications at the time of purchase. Please check size guides carefully before ordering, as sizing cannot be changed after an order is confirmed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

We use secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed — see our Shipping Policy for full details. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Your Right to Cancel — Important for Irish & EU Customers

Under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers purchasing online have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods without giving a reason.

However, this right does NOT apply to our custom printed products (hoodies and t-shirts). These are manufactured specifically to fulfil your individual order and cannot be restocked. This exception is provided under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 for “goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”

Handmade bags: If your bag is a standard (non-personalised) design, your 14-day right to cancel applies. If it has been customised to your specifications, it does not. This will be clearly stated on the product listing.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 14 days of delivery at hello@gospelandthreads.com with your order number and clear photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (as amended) and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and branding on Gospel and Threads products are our original intellectual property, protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, sell, or use our designs without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any matter that cannot be limited by law.

10. Dispute Resolution
